Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. Especially for the kind of women who join Her.d. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting the small-group experience we curate for every retreat. Because Her.d retreats are intimate by design (12 participants), each spot carries significant weight. Venue, vendors, treatments, and meals are all confirmed well in advance, and last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
Cancellation by participant
More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Full refund, minus a €150 administrative fee.
60–90 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
30–59 days before the retreat start date: 25% refund of the total retreat fee.
Fewer than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund.
However, your spot is fully transferable. You may send someone in your place at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 20 days before the retreat and the replacement participant is approved by Her.d.
Transfers & substitutions
You may transfer your booking to another eligible participant (a woman in business or leadership) at any time up to 20 days before the retreat, subject to Her.d approval. No transfer fee applies.
Your booking may also be rolled over to a future Her.d retreat (within 12 months) in the event of a qualifying personal emergency, at Her.d's discretion.
Cancellation by Her.d
In the unlikely event that Her.d cancels a retreat (e.g. due to force majeure, insufficient bookings, or venue failure), all participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid, or the option to transfer to the next available retreat.
Her.d is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred independently.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
How to cancel or transfer
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@herdretreats.com. The cancellation date is the date your written notice is received.
